SWIR InGaAs Linear Detector 512×1/2 GH-SWLA-512

InGaAs 512×1/2 Linear Scanning detector provides 2-output channels analog video, the response waveband is 0.9μm ~ 1.7μm. With high frame rate, high linearity and response uniformity. The peak quantum efficiency is greater than 70% and the effective pixel rate is more than 99%.

The detector is packaged with 42-pin metal shell, with pin diameter of 0.45mm, spacing of 1.27mm and operation temperature range of  − 40 ℃ ~ +50 ℃.
