The GH-SW640Pro SWIR sensors include an innovative InGaAs area image sensor, resulting in remarkable high-resolution imaging. These SWIR sensors are built with a cutting-edge read-out integrated circuit (ROIC) to ensure maximum performance and precision.
The detector can be offered in two types of metallic packages: nitrogen and vacuum, both of which incorporate a thermoelectric cooler.
It is highly suited for a wide range of applications, including surveillance, hyperspectral imaging, remote sensing, machine vision, industrial sorting, process inspection, and science.
