This product is a CQDs SWIR camera , with an absorption band of 400-1700nm, an absorption peak of 1550nm, an imaging array of 640×512, and a pixel size of 15 μm. The image sensor is packaged in a metal tube and refrigerated by TEC, which is stable and reliable. The products can be used in laser analysis, semiconductor detection, article sorting and other fields.
