The ZXRC-SW640-F15-XX series are short-wave focal plane detectors with 640 × 512 specification. They have 640 × 512, 640 × 480, and 512 × 512 fixed window specifications, with any windowing function of the detector array. The detector array signal is read out through four-channel analog tap. This short-wave focal plane detector can meet the imaging requirements of high-precision and high frame rate for both military and civilian applications.
